Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit. Scarlett & Company offers store credit for returns only. Monogrammed items do not qualify for return item store credit. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery of your product to receive credit or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Color and Pattern
Exact color of your product my vary due to lighting both indoor and outdoor, photography lenses, Computer monitor resolution. Clothing patterns may vary slightly. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping if a return to the warehouse is attempted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will be sent to you in an email in the form of a code within a 4-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
